Harley is always getting in to things especially when we are not paying attention to him lol I could stay home with him all day and the moment I sit down to complete a project he comes around the corner and throws his toys at me till I stop and play with him.
I always feel there is a set of eyes on me and there is it is Harley lol take a look he hides and chills but as soon as I move his little eyes open up. It’s so funny and he is so stubborn he knows when I am trying to take a picture of him and now he won’t look at me even when I call his name lol

Now another question I have is why does every interactive toy have a beagle in the picture lol

I posted last night about a beagle rescue that has a few dogs in need of heartworm treatments because they are heartworm positive. The MAJOR case they have is Jacqueline who needs a surgery to amputateher leg and he vets said it would cost around $1600 that is without complications but the rescue doesn’t have the funds and I am not sure how long he dog has been in pain and needing surgery but it has to

The picture above came from the beagle rescue and is Jacqueline who needs the surgery. They are asking for donations to be sent to there rescue or Paypal which ever is easier so please if u can any amount helps, if u can’t that’s ok and people who have or haven’t please help me spread the word by reblogging, posting on Facebook or other social media please.

I look at Harley sometimes and say to myself he has the life. How many dogs don’t have the life he has and he isn’t even aware that other dogs come from bad situations. He is one lucky dog for sure.
I know when I was home on Christmas vacation it was terrible that everytime u change the channel a commercial for the ASPCA was on and I love animals but this one gets me up set everytime to the point if I hear the music we turn it quickly till it was over but the ASPCA changes up there music in the commercials frequently so they got me a few times over the holidays lol.
I know they need to raise money but it sad seeing these poor dogs they use in their commercials and one kinda looks
Like Harley and my sisters dog bella.
Well here are a few pictures of Harley over my vacation.

We are ready for the ravens game last week and boy was it the best football game of all time last week.

I couldn’t find Harley one day that’s because he was sandwiched in between my pillows lol guess he didn’t want me to bother him

This was Christmas Day at my moms house he was tired from opening presents and hanging out with my sisters dog bella.

Harley was peeking around the desk to see what I was doing lol

I have heard from many followers they want to see and hear more about Harley and trust me not a day goes by without a funny story to tell about Harley.
Harley has a nickname “Hollywood Harley” he got this nick name from a lady that works at his doggie daycare.
Why because when Harley was younger I entered him into every photo contest I could and he actually won first place for a $250 gift card which I picked to be at his daycare lol I didn’t even know he won till my mom called one day and said her friends were at the pet expo at the fairgrounds and see Harleys picture and that he won.
He was a pet gazette winner yeaaaaa!!
Here are a few pictures of Hollywood Harley

Can u find the beagle hiding in this picture?

It’s my birthday I love my birthday bandana that my mom puts on me every year.

I know there’s rabbits under here somewhere lol

I caught Harley with my flip flop at the top of the steps lol

During some downtime while I was on pinterest (which I am addicted to lol), I ran across a picture of what looked to be large popcorn tins that come out around Xmas time. Well after I read this article these were actually an item being sold by Ballard design catalog but a few people suggested using popcorn tins for this and would save a lot of money considering Ballard sells them for around $50 a can. I went to work and asked around to see if anyone had any laying around that they wanted to get rid of and I found my ace in the hole Lori who actually teaches with me since we have a large class she always has every random item I need I tease her and tell her she must be a hoarder or a pack rat but she always comes through. She actually had two different sizes for me. I finally decided that painting the cans white like the catalog would get dirty fast, so I decided maybe a dark creamish color would work and maybe a black lid. The longest part of the project was trying to take off the sticky tape around the lid. I tried everything Brillo pads, different removers, lightly scrapping and magic erasers. The one smaller can wasnt sticky so I cleaned it up let it dry out and started spraying primer on can since it was very brightly colored plus I wanted to do this project right and the paint not to peel off a week later. I decided that I needed to give the other can a break and maybe not even use it if I couldnt get sticky stuff off the can. If anyone has ideas on how to remove stuff like these seals easily please let me know for the future. Anyways after the can and lid dried I sanded down to a smooth finish. Now it was time to spray paint the can and lid and decided I didn’t really like a glossy finish on this but maybe a matte or satin type finish which is what I decided to go with. Once the spray painting was done and had dried for a few hours i wanted to seal the finish since I would be removing the lid a lot I didnt want the paint to peel the first time I removed the lid so I ran out again to home depot and bought some matte finish clear coat spray to finish the project. I need the clear coat for other projects as well. It looked great brought it inside the house to dry for a few days then it would be ready when I created and cut the vinyl lettering. I used my cricut expression machine for the lettering.

This is a picture of the cans from the Ballard catalog. I do like the lime green just doesn’t fit with my decor.

This is a picture after I finished my smaller can just haven’t put the vinyl lettering on the can yet.
Below is the pics of the final product.

After applying the vinyl lettering it just wasn’t what I had imagined in my mind but for now it will do. I only have so many font cartridges and had won a bid on eBay for the cricut gypsy which I wanted to be able to play around with and create different lettering for the cans which I will do once I learn how to use the gypsy if anyone has pointers I would love to hear them. Looks like tonight I will be on you tube watching tutorials on how to use this gadget. I will post pics of the cans once I find and print a design I am happier with.
